hello girls!! this nail art tutorial is very easy & cool, i hope you like my first tip!

What you need:
-base & top coat
-blue nail polish
-white nail polish
-black nail polish
-orange nail polish
-dotting tool
 
How to:
-add the base coat on your nails and apply your blue polish
-paint a white oval in the center with the white plish, leaving blue on either side
-use the dotting tool to dot on two black eyes
-dot two orange feet
-to make the beak into a point, dot and gently drag the polish down to a triangle shape
-add your top coat &.....
 
the nail art's finished!!

How To:
-add on your nails the base coat, than apply your white nail polish
-use a striping brush to make thin red lines
-paint a small blue rectangle in the top corner
-add small white dots for the stars
-finish with your top coat
